Taking action!
Hey there,
It’s been awhile since I last wrote on this blog but I’m cooking something BIG
and it’ll be great when it goes live late Feb 
Anyway, I just wanted to write you something on taking action…I’m sure many of
you would have received emails promoting or pre-selling these products:
*Armand Morin’s Internet Marketing Explained
*Frank Kern’s Mass Site Control
*Mike Long’s Toll Gate Method
*StomperNet’s Social Marketing
*Derek Gehl’s Turnkey Business
Some you might have already bought it and some of you might be buying it soon.
I didn’t promote any of those because I didn’t have a chance to really look into
those products. But that doesn’t mean they are not good. They are probably great stuff.
If you’ve not heard of any of those…well, you must a one of those rare few internet
marketing hermits
A thing stands out:
* Product launchs are happening more and more frequently - people are not
afraid to sell it at a high price AND people are not afraid to buy them.
A question here for you: Are you just content with sitting and clicking and reading
emails promoting OTHER people’s products? Wouldn’t it be good to have people
promoting YOUR products for a change?
YOU CAN! It is in YOU to create and market an info product and sell it. I’ve no doubt
about it. You don’t have to create a high end $197 physical product to sell. A simple
$27, $37 or $47 will do. And here’s a myth I want to debunk:
You don’t have to making lotsa of money online to teach people how to make
money online!
I hope you read that a few times over. That is different from lying about your results and cheating people. What you can do is highlight what has worked for YOU and tell people how you do it…even if you’re just making $100 bucks per month!
Why? Because there will always and I stress always people that is making less money then you that you can teach! So there is really no excuse for you NOT to start doing something.
If you’ve been reading so much on making money online, its time for you to jump
in and pump in some money into your Adwords account…
If you’ve been reading how article marketing can make you money, its time to write
that article you’ve been wanting to do…
If you’ve been successfully promoting affiliate products, its probably time to create that first product to sell…
I know how difficult it can be sometimes to keep doing and keep working when you
don’t immediately see results (I know its tough!) but bear in mind that everytime you want to give up, there will be others that keep plugging at it and they will reach the summit.
I didn’t get to where I am today overnight but I’ve had a few lucky breaks I admit. But these ‘breaks’ didn’t just happen! I had to take action FIRST before they appeared.
Remember. Nothing happens until something moves! I hope this post fires you up into taking some form of positive action!

Hi Dylan
Your absulutly right. The very first thing I did when I entered the hole making money online was create a product myself. It had nothing to do with actually making money online niche, it was a about a subject that I knew and loved (computer performance).
Now since my first row of niche products I am now ready to write my own “make money online” product becuause of the experences I’ve build up in promoting and marketing my products.

Thank you for that Dylan! This is something that I keep telling my list over and over - take action because unless you do, you will be in the same situation that you are today in three or six months time.
While I am here, I would like to comment on Emmanuel Mba’s comment if I may.
You CAN create your own product! I talk alot about this on my blog (http://targetyourniche.wordpress.com/) by using Private Label Products and free resources from the web. Dylan was the one IM that inspired me to write (and still does) and I would urge you to also check out Secret Article Profits if you haven’t done so already. Good luck!

Hey Julie, thanks for that! Right! Private Label Products are a good source of quality stuff to give away. But don’t stop there!
Send them follow up emails on how to monetize the PLR products/reports you’ve given them. If you give them value, they will appreciate it

One thing to remember about all of these big launches is that you need to be a known name to get invited to participate. I recently tried promoting LeadsLeap viral traffic system back to some of the marketers who had been sending me stuff only to find out that they had all been invited and recruited about 2-3 weeks before I heard about it.
I think that the biggest problem I have faced is the relentless pitch after pitch from marketers. I have been seriously distracted by this, and this stops you doing the things needed to get your own business going.
I think that the answer is clear. Start off small as Dylan suggests, by writing that article or creating a niche product first, and then in time gain recognition and hopefully opportunity.

Hello,
I’ve been getting so much email the last 4 months or so,…checking out various opportunities. Got yours today, tho I don’t know how…but thats OK. Something about it is different.
If you have time, maybe you could post something about why all the “BIG” named seem to spend all their time & resources promoting each other…took me a couple of months to catch onto that…but it is happening. The way I’m getting emails from x promoting y & z,..& then y promoting x & z & on & on I don’t see how they aren’t some BIG corporation just out to bite us.
Hope your tour goes well…& quick. Spent my time in the military many years ago. I don’t know alot…but I know your stint has got to be more strenuous than mine.

Last time we caught up was last year - time has really gone like the clappers! Anyway, I have been busy pulling everything to pieces only to be back on the article marketing wagon after launching my new article directory.

Sweet truths… It’s a common thing to think “somebody has already created that a or a similar one”.
Just take a look at how many IM related products there are… And how many still crank out thousands upon thousands of dollars with ease…
I can’t believe people are still fighting about this fact…
Internet marketing is NOT saturated… It is the niche with MOST opportunity since it’s so incredibly easy to accidentally stumble on something totally new, launch it within 30 days and make $100,000…
It can happena ANYONE, ANYTIME and I firmly believe this! How come some people are still not making any money online? Well, DON’T know… Would have to see what they are doing, but my guess is that they DO NOT follow directions or have HUGE lack of action on a daily basis.
I thought I was a millionaire when I “knew” the secrets, but it’s not until you DO THEM, that you actually start to see what they all mean, and it’s also obvious that some of the things you hear has to be taken with a grain of salt, since it’s more or less individual how you do things.
Some can even follow a VIDEO SERIES and get it wrong, which means that if you consider yourself “smart”, still create your product as if you are explaining it to an alien who has never read ANYTHING, because if you are the one who “enlightens them” then you are their guru for life…
Life time customer, life time sales… 1-2-3 boom, you’re in business! It’s all about delivering the message in an understandable manner, preferably using ALL THE MEANS POSSIBLE… if there are 3 ways to say how to make money with article marketing, then give them all three, even if it gets repetetive. That’s my theory.
I hate the e-books that are like:
“Just select a product on clickbank, then market it”…
It doesn’t mean anything to people… instead say, you have to connect with a person who wants a product that solves a problem.
Example:
The way to do this is head over to clickbank, go over some niches, passions or markets that has these people involved… then dangle the product in front of their face, dangle the carrot, make them wet, get their juices flowing… then the product sells itself and you as the affiliate just simply COMMUNICATE =)
How can one do this? Too many ways
AdWords, Articles, Video, Audio, e-books, ads, JV’s, offline meetings, TV, radio, etc
