Hey Dylan,
Don’t want to come off cussing, but here’s my honest feedback …
Books like DayJobKiller are a dime a dozen these days. I really believe that new affiliates can learn these strategies for free (easily!) by joining good forums like wickedfire … and reading affiliate blogs like AoJon.com (where jon summarizes every lame affiliate book for free).
Let’s promote a different kind of affiliate movement in Singapore … where you DON’T promote money-making books … isn’t it a little sickening how so many people who haven’t made their own millions, teach other people how to do so?
For others reading this, check out Affiliate Jon’s crusade on lame ebooks - http://www.aojon.com/the-ebook-crusade/#more-95
(Got nothing against affiliate marketing, but let’s try to stay out of the hype-filled money making niche … REAL affiliate marketers make their money selling real products or other niches, yeah))
best,
Rachit

Hey Rachit,
I understand what you mean. In fact, I’m a forum member of wickedfire AND I read Jon’s blog regularly.
While it is indeed a hype filled industry and many ‘lame ebooks’ as you put it. I sincerely felt(having a copy myself) that this was something I wanted to promote:
1. I honestly learnt something new from it.
2. Some (I can’t say all yet because I haven’t used all of them) of them do really work and I’ve been making money off it.
Case being the one on using Adwords and Amazon.
3. Chris is a nice guy and a very very sharp marketer. He’s helped me in the past and I’ve learnt alot off him. The whole pre-launch, launch and post launch phase of his ebook itself is a superb learning process.
That being said, I do notice an upward trend of hastily produced and released ebooks (’lame’ ebooks as you would say :p) and I’m not afraid to mention it.
Duvetdollars is one them
Thanks for dropping by my blog Rachit and I appreciate your frankness

Hi I’m Shawna. I’ve been researching DayJobKiller and I am kind of sceptical now, because I see all these ads that tell me that DJK is a scam or don’g get DJK get something else. I’ve been excited about DJK after I read it and thought that I should check out other sites to see if it is good of it is a scam and know I am a little confused. So, do you recommend getting DJK?
